INFORMATION

The Order Process

Here are a few items we need to begin creating a quote for your cake.

  •     Type of Occasion

  •     Date required (delivery or pick up)

  •     How many servings required

  •     Size of servings (wedding or party)

  •     Style

Once all of the information has been collected, we can then send you a quote and move forward from there.

Ordering

Our calendar fills quickly, it is advisable to book early. It's suggested to check our availability as soon as you know your event date. We will not treat your order as accepted until your contract has been signed and your deposit has been received.

**If you book a wedding cake or a novelty cake over a year in advance, please allow for an increase of up to 10% to cover the increase of ingredients on your initial quote**

Location

Kendra's Country Bakery is a private, home based bakery business located in the heart of the Rim Country in Payson, Arizona.

Consultations

Taste testing and wedding cake consultations are by appointment only. Because we personalize every experience, we only hold our tastings once a month and have limited availability for our tastings. Our tastings include a one hour time slot with our design team where we will talk through design, cake flavors, frostings/fillings, colors, delivery and so much more! While we discuss the details, you will have the opportunity to sample some of our homemade cakes, frostings and fillings, as well as view some of our display cakes. There is a $95 fee for this service, however, if you book with us, then this fee will be applied towards your wedding day order! Typically our tastings allot for the happy couple (total of 2). If you would like to bring guests to your consultation, there will be a separate additional charge of $25 per guest due at the time of tasting (this separate guest charge will not be applied towards your order). Quotes will only be provided within 7-10 days after your tasting appointment.

Please keep in mind, any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake created somewhere else can only be recreated by Kendra's Country Bakery as our interpretation of the cake and will not be a replication. Please be aware that copyright also protects some designs and, to that end, cannot be copied. If you require additional meetings after the initial consultation, there will be an additional charge.

Wedding orders and design consultations must be completed no later than six weeks before the delivery date. Orders placed later may incur additional rush order charges based upon time and product availability.

To Hold Your Event Date

Kendra's Country Bakery requires that your custom contract be signed and the 50% payment be made within 7 days of your taste testing consultation to save your wedding date.
